Materials for the manufacture of radial bearings
2017-02-25 11:40:53
A radial bearing, that is, a radial bearing, is a bearing that is mainly used to bear radial loads. The pressure Angle is usually between 0 and 45. Radial ball bearings are often used for high-speed operation, and are composed of precision balls, cages, inner and outer rings. This kind of bearing has been widely used in machinery industry, automobiles, cement mines, chemicals and electrical appliances and other fields.

In order to meet the working capacity requirements of equipment for radial bearings, the materials for manufacturing radial bearings must have strong load capacity, embeddedness, thermal conductivity, low friction and smooth surface, anti-wear, anti-fatigue and anti-corrosion characteristics.

Bearing alloy, also known as babbitt alloy, is the most widely used bearing alloy. It can adapt to the automatic adjustment of small misalignment or defects of the shaft, and can absorb debris in the lubricant to avoid the shaft from gluing damage.

Bronze bearings are suitable for low-speed and heavy-duty conditions with good neutral requirements, and their performance can be obtained by making alloys with different compositions with a variety of materials.

Bearings made of lead copper have a higher bearing capacity than bearing alloys, but their relative adaptability is poor, and they are used in environments with good shaft rigidity and good neutrality.
